High-Impact Cellular Records Reporting (HIRR) | Live Online

Description:

This 1-day advanced level course builds upon the information and concepts covered in the earlier levels, along with the attendee’s experience and casework with historical cellular records. Attendees will learn how to generate an effective report and demonstratives based on their analysis of cellular records. They will also learn about relevant case law, the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and the Federal Rules of Evidence, pertaining to expert witness reports and testimony. Attendees will learn how to conduct a proper technical review (peer review) and ensure that one is being completed on their report(s).

The course does not utilize any paid software for records analysis. It is software agnostic, or uses freeware.
