Cancellation Policy:
Course presentation is contingent upon a minimum enrollment of attendees. In the case of cancellation, attendees will be notified fourteen days prior to the start of the course. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed shortly after the cancellation is announced.
Registered attendees may cancel their registration up to thirty days prior to the start of the course for a full refund. A.B.M. Intel may provide a credit for a future course offering should an attendee cancel their registration less than thirty days prior to the start of the course.
Proprietary Materials and Confidentiality:
All information, documents, and materials are considered confidential intellectual property of A.B.M. Intel, LLC., unless otherwise stated; and shall not be transferred, distributed, copied, or used, without the express written consent of A.B.M. Intel, LLC.

Privacy Policy:
A.B.M. Intel does not sell client information to any third-party companies or entities. Client information may be provided to a third party in order to provide access to course materials and/or software accounts necessary for services, and to the service providers that deliver our email. When registering, clients agree to receive email about their account and services, and notifications about new features, products, services, training, and future offerings. Clients may opt out of non-account emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email, by replying to the email, or by writing to [email protected].
