Description:
This three-day advanced course builds on the concepts covered in CTRA and on your own casework with historical cellular records, combining Advanced Cellular Records Analysis with High-Impact Cellular Records Reporting (HIRR) in a single software-agnostic program. Attendees move from the technical foundation — network operation and architecture, Timing Advance, raw records analysis, and identifying record abnormalities — into explaining and presenting that analysis to a captive audience through effective demonstratives and written reports. The course then turns to the courtroom itself: organizing a compelling presentation, direct and cross examination, attorney preparation, and handling adversary expert witnesses.
You’ll leave able to better understand historical cellular records and, just as importantly, explain and defend your findings — from a clear written report to sound testimony on the stand.
