CellHawk is a tool for analyzing and mapping cellular telephone records. A.B.M. Intel uses CellHawk in its training environment and is a premier training provider for CellHawk, which allows us to issue certifications to users.

Courses run from entry level through the Subject Matter Expert Track. CellHawk and NightHawk each have a course list. A training schedule, a registration calendar, and a webinar schedule are published here.

Course levels

The courses page groups classes into four levels.

  • Level I, entry level

    Includes Introduction to Cellular Records (ICR), CellHawk Basic (CB), NightHawk Basic (NB), and Cellular Technology, Records, and Analysis (CTRA-FW).

  • Level II, intermediate

    Includes Cellular Technology, Records, and Analysis (CTRA-CH).

  • Level III, advanced

    Includes Advanced Cellular Records Analysis (ACRA) and High-Impact Cellular Records Reporting (HIRR).

  • Level IV, subject matter expert

    Subject Matter Expert Track (SMET).

Subject Matter Expert Track

Session 2 runs January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. The application period ends December 31, 2026.

  • 80+ hours of classroom training from industry professionals.
  • Ongoing workshops and discussions.
  • Four case assignments.
  • Mentor access.
  • Simulated trial experience.
  • Exclusive SMET discussion group.
  • One free training each year with active SMET certification.
  • All training sessions are conducted virtually. There are no in-person commitments.
  • Training sessions are recorded for attendees with an excused absence. Other assignments are self-paced to meet deadlines.
